Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you’re not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met

  • All parts and components are included, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.

  • The product shows signs of proper handling; damage due to misuse is not covered by the return policy.

  • Items that are used for hygiene-related purposes must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • The product was already defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge customers for return shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or items purchased with a gift card.
Refunds are not provided for discounted items or items purchased with a gift
card.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all return conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this time frame.

We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect that items have been used or damaged due to improper use.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

We will then contact you with the correct return address.
Do not return the item to the sender address!
You will receive the correct return address from us via email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


CANCELLATIONS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions, as long as they are natural persons who are entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.


A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item of your order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately upon receipt.
Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process or issue a refund before you have received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Liza Mae) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

Your withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Note on Orders Already Shipped

Our items are shipped from International warehouse, which may result in longer delivery times that are beyond our control.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait to receive your order, and then return it if necessary.

Of course, you may still notify us in advance of your wish to cancel.
To help us process your return quickly, please send us the shipping confirmation of your return, if available.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you except for shipping fees and any additional costs incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
